I offer a free initial consultation via telephone. If you decide to proceed with therapy, sessions are on a weekly basis and priced at £40 p/h. Payments can be made in block payments, payable in advance or before each online session.

How do I decide the price of therapy?

During a therapy session, your therapist is fully present and ‘actively listens’. This is a skill that means we do not only listen to what you say but also what you do not say. We use advanced empathy to be able to attune to you, while maintaining appropriate boundaries between your world and ours, so that we can use our knowledge and experience to make effective decisions on how to help you.

So think of this as I will be able to enter into your world and experience it with you but step back into mine so that I can gain perspective on what steps are needed next to help you reach your goal.

I dedicate time to you outside the sessions, researching your specific problem area and also I am committed to continual professional development, to ensure that I am always equipped with the appropriate knowledge and skills needed to meet the complex needs of each client in today’s forever changing world. It is for these reasons that as a therapist, I ethically limit the amount of therapy sessions I offer on a weekly basis. This enables me to be the best therapist I can be for each of my clients.

To ensure my clients safety, I am registered with the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapist (BACP), this means that I am required to practice my therapy in accordance with their Ethical Framework. You can find more about this on www.bacp.co.uk.

The therapeutic relationship is a collaborative relationship and if client and therapist both commit to the process it can effectively change your life.

This is the value of good therapy.
