Clarity Counselling represents my mission as a therapist to help people gain clarity on their problem situations and develop autonomy to live more authentic fulfilling lives
Throughout my career as a therapist, I have amassed a wealth of experience, working with clients across a broad range of issues; depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, low self-esteem, stress, relationship difficulties, abuse, bereavement, grief and illness.
As an integrative counsellor I draw upon skills and knowledge from the three main approaches to counselling;
Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Psychodynamic.
Working this way allows me to tailor a bespoke approach to therapy that is as unique as the individual and the complexity of their personal needs.
Through my personal and professional experiences, I have developed a passion for helping people cultivate healthy relationships in their lives, as the quality of our close relationships has a significant impact on our mental and physical well being.
We all have the same potential for personal growth when we are accepted as we are.
